Wild Rice Edamame Salad An incredibly healthy and super easy to make salad. Serves 6-8 Ingredients: 1 cup (or 1.5) Wild Rice, 1 package edamame unshelled (or fresh edamame), 1/4 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 dash chopped fresh ginger, 1 tsp honey, 6 sprigs of mint, chopped, dash of salt, 1 package of Stoneridge Orchards Montmorency Cherries. Instructions: 1. This recipe is incredibly healthy and super easy to make. Simply cook rice and while it is cooking mix all ingredients together. Once the rice has cooked add in the mixed ingredients and mix it all together. Let it cool for about 20 minutes before serving. This recipe serves 6-8 persons.
