Cranberry Cherry Brie Phyllo Cigars Cranberry Cherry Brie Phyllo Cigars, a delicious dessert with Stoneridge Orchards dried cranberries. Serves 4 Ingredients: 1/4 pound brie cheese cut into 1/2¡¦¡¦ x1/2¡¦¡¦ x 2¡¦¡¦ pieces, 1/2 cup sour cherry jam, 1/4 cup Stoneridge Orchards dried cranberries, chopped finely, 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, 12 sheets phyllo dough, 1 cup melted butter Instructions: 1. Make the cherry filling: Mix jam with dried cranberries, and rosemary. Set aside. 2. Make the cigars:Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat 2 sheet pans with non stick spray. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface with the long side toward you. Brush lightly with the melted butter. Lay another sheet of phyllo on top. Keep the remaining sheets covered with a damp towel. Cut the phyllo dough sheets in half lengthwise so that you have 2 half-sheets, one above the other. Cut each half into thirds so you have 6 equal-size wrappers. With the short side facing you lay 1 piece of brie with a scant teaspoon of cherry filling on top at the bottom of the wrapper. Roll up the filling in the phyllo dough partway. Fold in the sides and continue to roll into a cigar shape. Place, seam side down, on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining filling and sheets of dough. Brush the cigars with butter and bake for 15 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
