Blueberry & Chip Cookies

Ingredients

¾ cup Stoneridge Orchards whole dried blueberries
2.5 Cup of Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
¾ cups granulated sugar
¾ cups brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) soften butter
2 eggs
2 cups white or dark (semisweet) chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour & baking soda in a large bowl mix butter and sugars until creamy.
2. Add Vanilla & eggs & mix.
3. Slowly add flour/soda mixture.
4. Mix in blueberries & chocolate chips.
5. Form into tablespoon-sized pieces on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes (until browned and a toothpick come out clean/dry)

Note: We reccommend using Guittard white chocolate chips for this recipe.
